Series includes four biweekly sessions on Zoom (90 min each)
- Aug 31, Sep 14, Sep 28, Oct 12 | 7pm PDT / 9pm CDT
Taught live by Daniel Capellaro and Greg Delson
You will learn both foundational and advanced songwriting skills
Very small group - limited to maximize personal interaction and feedback
You'll be given exercises tailored to your own skill level and goals

FAQ

What if I have never written a song?
This course is designed to challenge everyone in a way that is comfortable and customized to them. We really mean it, complete beginners and pros will equally love this course.

Is there an age minimum?

All participants must be 18 or older.

What if I can't make all of the sessions?

That is totally ok! There will be new topics taught in each of the four sessions, so you will not be lost. Further, we can catch you up via email with any assignments or exercises.

What if I fall behind?

This course is meant to be fun and enriching. There is zero pressure. You can go at whatever pace is comfortable. While we encourage you to get the most out of the experience, what you put into it is completely up to you.

Why is this biweekly?

We understand how busy everyone is, so we want to give you a little extra time to apply your learning and feedback in a way that doesn't feel rushed.

Are there refunds or prorated tuitions?

We are limiting the number of participants to create a nurturing community environment. For that reason, there will be no refunds or prorated reg fees.

Is this just a series of videos?

Not at all. This is a live, interactive, small group class. We will all be on zoom together, cameras on, learning and conversing in real time.

What if we need or want extra help?

If you decide you would like extra 1-on-1 help with your songwriting, either during or after the course, both Daniel and Greg offer private lessons.

Your Coaches

Daniel Capellaro

A 20-year veteran singer-songwriter and producer, Daniel has co-written songs for Pitbull, Chris Brown, Boyz II Men, Lifehouse, and Maxwell. He has his own solo pop project Dvniel from which he’s released dozens of singles and albums. His music has been synched on television shows and commercials internationally and he has charted in the top 10 on dance charts and on various radio stations around the world. Daniel collaborates with DJs and Producers internationally, and is signed globally to Angry Mob Music Publishing in Los Angeles, CA. (instagram)

Greg Delson

Greg has been singing and songwriting for over two decades, and has earned multiple advanced and postgraduate degrees in music, music education, recording engineering, and vocal pedagogy. Greg has a robust private clientele, coaching everyone from GRAMMY award winners to beginners. He has released several albums through various collaborative and solo projects, toured extensively, and charted internationally. Greg is also the founder of the Landlights Center for Voice, and the Landlights Community choir in LA. (Instagram)
