Summer Refund Policy

We’re so excited to sing with you this summer and are committed to making each session joyful, welcoming, and well-prepared. In order to keep things running smoothly for everyone, we’ve established the following refund policy:
 

• 100% refund (minus processing fees) through Sunday, May 3, 2026
   

• 50% refund (minus processing fees) through Sunday, May 17, 2026
   

There are no exceptions beyond this date—please do not request a refund after May 17, as it will not be granted.
 

We understand that plans change. Once you register, however, a lot of preparation begins on our end—from staffing and venue reservations to licensing and materials—so we follow the tiered schedule above.

Please note: payment processors such as Stripe and Corsizio do not return their processing and credit-card fees when we issue refunds. Those fees are permanently deducted from your original payment.

Running a large, joyful, and well-supported community singing program involves real up-front costs. This policy helps us stay sustainable, fair, and focused on making the experience great for everyone.

We do not offer roll-overs or prorated memberships.
