Summer Refund Policy
 

We’re so excited to sing with you this summer and are committed to making each session joyful, welcoming, and well-prepared. In order to keep things running smoothly for everyone, we’ve established the following refund policy:
 

• Full refunds are available through Sunday, May 4, 2025

• 50% refunds are available through Sunday, May 18, 2025

• No refunds will be issued starting Monday, May 19, 2025
   

There are no exceptions beyond this date—please do not request a refund after May 18, as it will not be granted.

Repeated requests for exceptions after the deadline may affect your eligibility to participate in future programs, as we strive to uphold clear and consistent policies for everyone.
 

This policy helps us stay organized, plan effectively, and maintain fairness for all participants. We do keep a waitlist for sessions that fill up, but registration changes after May 18 create significant logistical challenges and impact the experience for everyone involved. Thank you for your understanding and for being part of this musical community.
